Refund Policy

Wallpapers, packs and Founders

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• the wallpaper or pack doesn’t display properly on your device and we can’t fix it for you, or
• it isn’t what the product page described, or
• you were charged twice or by mistake.

Before buying, you can check any wallpaper for free: the preview shows how it looks, and free and daily wallpapers let you test the download and the plugin on your device. Because of that, we generally don’t refund purchases just for a change of mind. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

When a purchase is refunded, the items are removed from your library and you should delete any files you downloaded.

Pro subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime from the customer portal linked on your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• We don’t give partial refunds for unused days or months after cancelling.
• If a renewal went through that you forgot to cancel and you haven’t used Pro since, contact us within 14 days of the renewal — we’ll usually refund it.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email hello@example.com from the address you used at checkout.
2. Include your order number (it’s on your Lemon Squeezy receipt), what you bought, and your device model.
3. Tell us what went wrong; a photo of the screen helps if it’s a display problem.

We reply within a few working days. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — it’s faster for you, and we genuinely want to help.
